Prentice offers a 30-day refund window on guide purchases.

If you purchase a guide and decide it was not useful for your decision process, email support@prentice.com within 30 days of purchase and include the purchase email or Stripe receipt.

Refund requests are handled manually so we can keep the product lightweight while we ship the broader funnel.
